Shipping and Billing Information
To ensure smooth processing of your order, please provide accurate shipping and billing information. Orders missing essential details such as shipping address, billing address, or apartment numbers (if applicable) may be delayed or cancelled.

Exchanges Only
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 3 days of item delivered and only for bigger sizes for the same product. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at @Sluxbysama.com Please note that items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Fraudulent Orders
Orders flagged as fraudulent will be automatically cancelled. We take the security of our customers seriously and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activity.
